How do I place an order?
You can add items using to your cart via the individual 'add to cart' buttons located on each item in our shop.
Once you are happy you have everything you need, please checkout to be guided through the payment process.
Please note, we operate on a 10 day turnaround time from date of order to date of dispatch. If you need your order sooner than this please contact us at email@example.com to see if we can help.
If you need your item for a special day we advise you notify us of this via the notes section on your order,
How much do items cost?
All items are individually priced however please note that post and packaging costs will be added at the checkout stage.
My goods are damaged on arrival?
Oh No! We want you and your dog to be delighted with your items. Should you be unhappy with the condition of items received please contact us immediately so we can help you with a solution.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Sadly not, although we do love to meet you and chat all things dogs!
However we do attend some regional market fairs and we are very present on social media so feel free to drop us a DM or tag us on Instagram or Facebook as we love to see what you've been up to!
