      The plush toys are designed to be loved and carried everywhere, however rough play can damage the material. Check regularly for wear and tear and remove from dog if damaged. 

       

      Be sure to remove packaging before giving to your pet. 

    • Returns

      We hope you are delighted with your new toy, however if you find it does not live up to your expectations please contact us in the first instance. 

      Dog Toys come in a variety of shapes and sizes, please check these before purchase to ensure it is suitable for your dog. 

      We accept returns within 14 days of receipt but please ensure that all goods are in a saleable condition. This means items must be unused, in their original and undamaged packaging and free from hair or fur.

      Post and handling costs are not included in item price and will be added at checkout.

      We post using Royal Mail standard post, please note this is NOT a tracked service. You can choose from 1st (est delivery 1-2 business days from dispatch) or 2nd (est delivery 2-3 business days from dispatch) class postage.

      We work on a 10 working day dispatch policy, however this may be longer during busy periods- we will always update you if this is the case.

      Please note that our 10 day policy is a turnaround time, selection of postage does not affect this and instead is estimated delivery time from dispatch as advised by Royal Mail. 

      COVID-19 UPDATE TO SHIPPING! We are currently operating on a 1x Post Office delivery trip per week to aid in minimising the contact with our valuable local post office.
